Human Resources, Incorporated is a non-profit 501C3 Corporation that offers a wide range of substance abuse treatment services for individuals suffering from opioid addiction, illicit substance addiction, cocaine abuse and alcoholism. HRI’s Treatment Programs are licensed by the State of Virginia’s Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services. It has been our mission, since 1971, to provide the best and most appropriate comprehensive quality of treatment for each of our patients.
From addiction to sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis to AIDS and hepatitis, HRI has always been at the forefront of service provision with innovative and effective service delivery. As a “first responder” or “gatekeeper” in Greater Richmond, HRI has developed programs specifically tailored to educate, prevent and treat, (medically, psychologically and clinically) the ‘at-risk’ population with the highest level of confidentiality and quality of care.
Our Opioid Treatment Program, (OTP), located in downtown Richmond (Map) is fully accredited by CARF International (for accreditation standards of care visit: www.carf.org). The OTP was carefully designed to maximally meet the patients’ treatment needs within a reasonable timeframe, allowing the patient time to deal with present problems; establish a new lifestyle; enjoy life free from dependence on illicit or illegal drugs; and enjoy a better quality of life in their chosen environment.
HRI’s Residential Treatment Program, Willow Oaks, is located on 14 acres of Virginia countryside in Cartersville, VA (Map). We provide variable lengths of stay and offer a range of services to assist individuals to achieve their goal of recovery and maintain sobriety.
